In this issue it’s true to say that 3D is the new black. Whether you’re a professional filmmaker or just enjoy dabbling with your camera at the weekends for the family album, you can’t help but notice the interest 3D is stirring in the press and on the big screen.
Luckily, JVC was ahead of the curve, with its professional 3D monitor, which has enabled many broadcasters to continue innovating and experimenting with the format at a great pace. We’re continuing the theme too, with the introduction of the new IF-2D3D1 3D Image Processor. Converting 2D to 3D footage in real time, the processor will be perfect for live events, saving time and production costs.
Our Autumn issue of HIGHWAY is packed full of exciting user stories about our new tapeless cameras. From snowboarding in Russia, to rally driving through Africa, it seems as though everything is being captured in HD. Of course our latest issue also features our new 3D LCD monitor and we re pleased to report the progress of some of our customers projects.
